Linda J. Gary, 64, of East Freedom, passed away Sunday December 6, 2015 at home. She was born February 24, 1951 in Somerset County, daughter of Joanne Albright and the late Carl Albright. She married George M. Gary May 30, 1992 in Broad Top.
Surviving are her husband, her mother, a son Mickey Lee Duvall Jr. and fiancée Ashley Bowser of Sproul, 2 daughters Amy Decker and husband Michael of Schellsburg and Jessie Martin and husband William of Shanksville, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 3 brothers Mark, Terry and Steven and 2 sisters Judy and Barb. She was preceded in death by an infant son Todd A. Albright and a daughter Bonnie Jo Taylor.
Linda was a 1969 graduate of Myersdale High School and also a graduate of Tri State Beauty Academy, Cumberland, MD. She was a homemaker and was previously employed as a beautician and seamstress. She enjoyed crocheting, taking care of her animals, spending time with her grandchildren Cole and Selena Decker and formerly bred and showed Siberian Huskies.
Linda was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
