Lowell Babb, 73, of 2631 Fews Bridge Road, died July 8, 1999.
A native of Greenville County, son of the late John Thomas and Bessie Bowers Babb. He was a retired foreman with the Road and Bridge Dept. of Greenville County and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife, Ader Rhodes Babb of the home; a son, L. Lynn Babb of the home; a brother, Milas Babb of Greer; and two sisters, Janice Garrett of Lyman and Kindness Babb of Greer.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Clinton and Hendrix Babb; and a sister, Eva Babb Rollins.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Wilson Nelson and the Rev. Bill McManus. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation: 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the mortuary.
The family is at the home.
