Beulah Mae Shiley, 92, of Seneca County, died at 11:15 p.m., Monday, January 3, 2011 at Ruffing Family Care Center in Tiffin.
Beulah was born August 19, 1918, in Akron, to the late Franklin and Ethel (Cooper) Boltz. She married Charles F. Shiley in Tiffin on November 21, 1942 and he preceded her in death on July 31, 1975.
Survivors include her children, Charlotte "Snookie" (Paul) Lucius of Burgoon, Charles (Cindy) Shiley of Fostoria, Linda Dawson of Tiffin, Herman (Nancy) Shiley of Clarksville, TN, a sister Ester Shiley of Fremont and she also leaves behind twenty-two grandchildren, forty-eight great-grandchildren and fifteen great-great-grandchildren.
Beulah was a homemaker and an avid animal lover.
Beulah was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, James R. "Ted" Shiley, a brother Reginald Boltz, sister, Katherine Warnick, a grandson, Timothy Lucius and two great-grandsons, Ryan and Kevin Mack.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home and Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, from 9:00-11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Saturday, at Fairmont cemetery.
