Helen Louise "Tommye" Clay was born November 5, 1941 to Thomas H. and Helen Louise (Brady) Thompson. She passed away Friday, July 1, 2011 in Tulsa at the age of 69 years. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and enjoyed scrap booking, working puzzles and family history. She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Justin Ray Clay. She is survived by her husband, William of the home in Wagoner; children, William Erwin Clay II and wife E'lisa of richmond, Missouri and Kellye Louise James and husband Matt of Claremore; grandchildren, Kari Ann Clay of Tulsa, Tami Lynn Rochelle of Claremore, Victoria Shaye Clay of Richmond, Missouri and McKenzie Lynn James of Claremore and great grandchildren, armani Cole Sawyer, Gabriella Michelle Clay and Gavin James Clay and many other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Hersman-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Wagoner, OK. Interment will be at Duck Creek Cemetery in Liberty Mounds.
