A veteran of the Marine Corps, and a longtime member of the church, he was a current member at the North MacArthur congregation in Oklahoma City.
In addition to his wife, of the home, he was survived by his son David and a daughter, Laura Black; two sisters; five grandchildren and one, on the way, great-grandchild.
