Funeral services will be held today ( Thursday ) at 10:30
a.m. at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home here for Sam Ayers, 73, of Saloma, who died Tuesday, May 24 at his home. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Minnie Newton, Lebanon and one brother, John Ayers, Springfield, Ill. Rev. Charlie Burress will conduct the services and burial will be in the Palestine Cemetery.
