Zendal Ray Kelly was born Tuesday, January 26, 1960 in Kinder, Louisiana to the union of Robert Richard Kelly and Shirley Yvonne Reed Kelly and died Friday, September 10, 1999, in Round Rock, Texas.

A native of Robeline, he attended a Baptist church in Austin. He was a plaster tender for Bahl Fireproofing Inc. He was an avid reader and a guitarist and loved playing for his loved ones and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother: Kenneth Keith Kelly, paternal grandparents: George Norris Kelly and Necy Butler Kelly and his maternal grandparents: Aurelous Reed and Lovenia Chaisson Reed.

He is survived by his mother and step-father: Shirley and Paul Stiles of Robeline, his father: Robert R. Kelly of Oklahoma City, Okla., two sisters: Delores Kelly McGee and her husband, Jerry Wayne McGee, of Natchitoches, and Necy Kelly Bennett and her husband, Bradley Bennett, of Homer, a brother: Glenn R. Kelly of Olla, four nieces: Tonya Bennett of Homer, Willena McCallister, Miranda McCallister and Brandi McGee all of Natchitoches, and five nephews: Kenneth Kelly and Bobby Kelly of Grayson, Clifton Bennett and Jared Bennett of Homer, and John McGee of Natchitoches.

Services for Zendal Ray Kelly, 39, of Robeline were held at 10 a.m. Monday, September 13 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches with the Rev. Don Davis officiating. Burial followed in Memory Lawn Cemetery in Natchitoches.

Pallbearers were Robert Kelly, Carl Bennett, Bradley R. Bennett, Clifton Bennett, Paul Dykes and Paul Stiles.
