NAMPA —Frank NeMesio Barayasarra, 60, Nampa, route 6, died Wednesday morning after a brief illness.

Born Oct. 6, 1897, in Rigotia, Spain, Mr. Barayasarra resided in Grand View for 23 years prior to moving to Nampa in 1950. A farmer, Mr. Barayasarra received his U.S. citizenship papers in 1940. He was a member of the Catholic church.

Survivors include his wife, Victorina, Nampa; four sons: Louis J., Seattle; and James P., Francis T. and Michael D. Barayasarra, all of Nampa; one daughter: Mary F. Barayasarra, Nampa; his mother, Mrs. Louisa Manuela Barayasarra, Rigotia; three brothers: Martin, Moses and Andres, all of Spain; two sisters: Theodora Barayasarra and Mrs. Lucia Urlezaga, both of Spain.

The Rosary will be recited Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Edmunds chapel with mass to be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Catholic church with the Rev. Fr. Herbert Merzbach celebrant. Interment will be at Mountain Home.

"Nemesio and Victorina did have two more children than you listed. Manuel and Alva, neither of which made it to adulthood, are also their children but are not listed on your bio. Both share a plot in Mountain View Cemetery. Alva contracted a disease and died suddenly. Manuel accidentally poured coffee on himself and the nurse at a rural clinic gave him the wrong shot which killed him
instantly."
