He was born in Hancock-co and was a retired farmer. Mr. Mann was a member of the Borrowed Time club.
Surviving are his widow, Lulu; two sons, Hod, with whom he lived, and Floyd, 512 S. Central-av; a stepson, William Pugh, 714 S. Main-st; a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Bosserman, New Stark; a stepgranddaughter.
The body will remain in Siferd and Son funeral home for services at 2 p.m. Friday in the Colonial chapel. The Rev. Paul Runk will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
