Edna Ford Luttrell, 69, of Crescent Street, died Wednesday at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.
Ms. Luttrell retired as a dietary supervisor for Laughlin Memorial Hospital after 26 years of service.
She was a Jehovah's Witness.
Survivors include a daughter: Debrah Luttrell Weems of Greeneville; a grandson: Jason Weems of Greeneville; her twin brother and his wife: Edd and Janelle Ford of Kenvir, Ky.; three sisters and a brother-in-law: Lorene Kidd and Lavone and James Duff of Ages, Ky., and Defrene Spangler of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews; and special friends: Johnny Ragon, Ann Parks, Rose Harrison, Craig Duncan, and Linda Duncan, all of Greeneville;.
She was a daughter of the late Isaac and Sarah Ford and was preceded in death by a daughter: Dyana Luttrell, and a brother: Theodore Ford.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 this evening at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock Friday at the funeral home chapel with interment in Oak Grove Cemetery. Edward McCamey and Roy Makin will officiate.
Active pallbearers will be Edd Ford Jr., Jerry Ford, Rodney Ford, John Dallas Weems, James Gibson, and Jason Saylor.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Greeneville
