Vernon D. Cook Sr., 44, of 3410 E. Funston, died Tuesday of natural causes. Graveside services will be held at 11a.m. Friday in the Kechi Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, Vernon Dean Jr. and Joey L., both of Ponce De Leon Mo., and five sisters, Mrs. Maxine Young, Mrs. Betty Schoonover, Mrs. Patsy Klein and Mrs. Mildred Windsor, all of Wichita, and Mrs. Norma Pio, of Auburn Washington. Quiring Mortuary has charge.
