Pfc. Edward Schutt, 20, a former Brockport resident, was killed in action in Holland, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schutt of Syracuse, have learned from the War Department.
Paratrooper Schutt entered the Army three years ago and served in the Sicilian and Italian campaigns. He was wounded twice and received the Purple Heart.
He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Betty Jane and Mildred; a brother, Robert, all of Syracuse, and his grandmother, Mrs. Mary Minard of Brockport.
