Oakwood (CNS) - Funeral services for Charles Barkman, 85, a resident of the Collison community for several years, who died at 7:35 p.m. Saturday at his home, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the residence near Collison. Burial will be in Collison Cemetery with J. H. Cawthon Funeral Home of Oakwood, in charge. Surviving are the widow; a son, Roy, of Rossville; a daughter, Mrs. Fred Albert of Newman, and a sister, Mrs. Laura Osborne of Potomac. Mr. Barkman was a member of the Methodist Church of Higginsville, Ill. DANVILLE COMMERCIAL-NEWS, 14 Feb. 1944.
