I have sought round this verdant earth

For fading joy;

I have tried every source of mirth,

But all, all will cloy.

Four grandsons, Roy Conde, Harold Long, Eli Pinney and George Conde, and two great-grandson, Howard Courtney and Ernest Smith, acted as pall-bearers.
