Mrs. Levina M. Goodman aged 90 years died at the home of her son J. A. Goodman 2337 Second Ave. at 6:30 o'clock Friday evening after an illness of just a few days, Surviving her are three daughters, Mrs. M J. Featherston and Mrs. G.A Featherston of Columbus, and Mrs Ida Brumtalow of Atlanta, four sons, J. W. Goodman of Harris Co., GA; S C. Goodman of Birmingham, AL; J.A Goodman of Columbus and J.G. Hammonds of Talladega, AL. Mrs. Goodman coupled by her friends by the score, and was a devoted member of the North Highland Christian church. The funeral will take place from the North Highlands Christian church at 3 o'clock this afternoon the services will be conducted by her pastor, Rev. A.H. Shepherd and the interment will take place at Riverdale Cemetery, the following her grandsons will act as the pallbearers Tandy Featherston, Norman Featherston, Albert Featherston, Dewey Featherston, Ben Featherston and Jesse Featherston.
