Son of John Bargsley born March 13, 1829 and Sarah L. Bargsley born Sept. 2,1834.

TAJ Bargsley Grandsons to Be Pallbearers

Ten grandsons will be pallbearers at the funeral of T.A.J. Bargsley, 81, retired farmer and rancher, 4 p.m. Wednesday at Harveson Cole Funeral Home. Rev L.Anderson will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Bargsley who built the First Christian Church at Marble Falls, Burnet County,died Monday afternoon at his residence, 1020 East Arlington Avenue.
A native of Hood County, Mr. Bargsley moved to Austin as a young man
and lived there until coming here during World War I. During construction of Camp Bowie here he was a carpenter foreman. He retired 15 years ago.
Survivors are six daughters, Mrs. J.C. Skaggs, Mrs. J. E. Reinli, Mrs. R.H. Henry, Mrs. W.H. Bonte, and Miss Sadie Bargsley, all of Fort Worth, and Mrs. Samuel Glasser, Tucson, Ariz.; a son, V. Bargsley, Fort Worth; a sister,Mrs. W.E. Williamson, Austin; a brother, J.C. Bargsley, Post; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
