Theodore and Augusta were married in January 25, 1869 in Austin Co. and moved to near Gay Hill, Washington Co., Texas. They had four children. Auguste died December 23, 1892. He married Anna "Annie" Machemehl Roesler in January 18, 1894. She had four children from a previous marriage and they had four more.
