Adolph Heinrich Boedeker was born May 01, 1900 in the Gay Hill community, Washington Co., Texas. His parents were Theodor Boedeker and Anna "Annie" Machemehl. It was a second marrage for both. He was baptised on May 19, 1907 at home in the Gay Hill community, Texas.
He marrried Anita Thim on December 16, 1926 at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Gayhill, Texas. He was a member of that St. Peter's Church from 1907 to 1985.

Funeral services for Adolph F. Boedeker, 85, of 1107 Thiel St., Breham, will be held Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 2 p.m. in St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Gay Hill with Pastor Vilgil Pecht officiating. Internment will be in the church cemetery.
