Ruth's compassionate nature gathered her family around her and extended to the community.

Ruth was active in the LDS Church, serving her family and church members. She cared for her father, mother-in-law, and husband during their last days. After almost sixty years of marriage, Ruth and Ken continued their romance with each other, holding hands daily. They are now reunited through the veil. Her home was the hub of the family.
