ADAM REINECK
Stricken while working in the garden on Friday afternoon, Adam Reineck, a well-known citizen of Kiel, suddenly passed away at his home at 5 o'clock of that day, a victim of heart failure. Decedent was born in the town of Rhine, Sheboygan county, July 13, 1850, where he grew to manhood.
He was united in marriage to Regina Happel, in 1876, and the couple located on a farm near Millhome. Fourteen years ago they disposed of the property and moved to Kiel, where they have since lived in retirement. Mr. Reineck was 74 years old at the time of his death.
Besides his widow he leaves three sons, Dr. Carl Reineck of Appleton, Peter of Rockville and Herman of Brillion; three daughters, Mrs. Johanna Feile of Kiel, Mrs. Frieda Jaschob of near Appleton, and Miss Mary at home. Also 13 grandchildren, one brother and one sister survive him.
The funeral took place on Monday afternoon, Rev. W. Rech officiating. Interment in the Kiel cemetery.
