The deceased was widely known here and was a member of the Christian church and the I.O.O.F. lodge. he had been employed in the Dunn grocery for the past three years.
Survivors include the widow; three children, Maxine, Julia Claire and Earl; the mother, Mrs. Julia Ann Degraffenreid of Kokomo; six sisters, Mrs. Julia Louks, Mrs Stella Mason and Mrs. Vinnie Alexander, all of Kokomo, and Mrs. Grace Choate, Mrs. Rebecca Brooks and Mrs. Lula Churchman, residing in Missouri; and five brothers, Messick of Kokomo, Charles, John and D. in Missouri, and James in California.
