Mrs. Cozy DeGraffenreid Kelly, 76, 1203 S. Main St., died at 6 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Memorial Hospital. She had been ill since July 1974. Born in Milo, N.D., March 22, 1898, she was the daughter of James and Emma (Snavely) Roach. In 1916 she married Zelmar DeGraffenreid, who died in 1931. In 1944 she married Paul Kelly who survives.

She had attended the South Side Christian Church. Surviving with the husband are two daughters, Mrs. Maxine Zelma Myers and Mrs. Emmit (Judy) Price, both of Kokomo; one son, Herbert Earl DeGraffenreid of Kokomo; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie McAnnich and Mrs. Tessie McClosky, both of Kokomo; a foster brother, Edward Long of Kokomo; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Ellers Mortuary with Dr. Harry Walrond officiating. Burial will be in the Burlington Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
