Greenville, SC - Andy Robert Babb died Thursday, June 11, 1970 in Spartanburg General Hospital following a lengthy illness. Native of Spartanburg County, SC and son of Robert H. and Maggie Horton Babb. Member of Holly Springs Baptist Church and a retired textile employee. Survivors included: four daughters, Mrs. Virginia Bishop, Mrs. Helen Frady, Mrs. Alma Osborne and Mrs. Meriam Ayers; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Strickland, Mrs. Lucy Solesbee and Mrs. Lucille Clayton; three brothers, Berry, Ernest, and Bill Babb; step-mother, Mrs. Emma Watson Babb; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
