Mr. Falleaf was born on cotton Creek, Indian Territory, march 30, 1900. He was educated in the Dewey schoools and graduated from Baacone Indian School in Muskogee. He was employed at the Air Force Base in Coffeyville, Kansas for a number of years and was with the Cities Service Gas Company of Caney. He retired in 1960 from the Continental Can Company at Coffeyville on disability. He and Fern A.Whetstine were married at Independence, Kansas on May 4, 1925. he has been ill for the past 11 years.

He is survived by his wife; one son, Fred L Jr; one brother, Bill: two half brothers, Richard and Numerous: four half sisters, Myrtle, Irene, Nancy Ilona: and one grandchild.

A memorial has been set up in his name with the Arthritis Foundatin and friends may contribute by mailing to the Arthritis Foundatin, 3815 S. Harvard, Tulsa.
