Died Thursday, August 6, 1998. Gail was born July 19, 1938 in Moulton, Alabama, the daughter of Grady Jackson and Maggie (Canups) Bradford. She has been a resident of Kalamazoo for over 40 years, and was a member of Spring Valley Wesleyan Church.
On November 22, 1961, she was united in marriage to Ronald D. Baker, who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons and 1 daughter: Larry (Gail) Talley of Parchment, Kevin Baker of Dayton, OH, and Kathy (George) Andrews of Vicksburg; 5 grandchildren; 1 sister and 5 brothers: Clara (Louis) Clark of Dorr, James (Viola) Bradford, Coy (Hazel) Bradford, Wade (Connie) Bradford, Donald (Linda) Bradford, all of Parchment, and Dale (Sandra) Bradford of Pulaski, TN; 1 step-sister and 2 step-brothers; Jimmy (Ruth) Canups, Bobby (Barb) Canups and Shirley (Bill) Terry, all of Alabama; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 1:00 o'clock Saturday at LANGELAND Family Funeral Homes MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 622 S. Burdick St. with Pastor Wes Coffey officiating. Interment in Riverside Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the chapel today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
