Jeff Dunavin, 63, of Monette, died Saturday afternoon at Harper's Clinic in Monette.
Born in Newark, he was a lifetime resident of Monette, a veteran of WWII and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jeff Dunavin of the home; four sons, Ermel Dunavin, Sodus, Mich., Jeff Dunavin, and Ronnie Dunavin, both of Monette, Berley Dunavin of Florissant, Mo.; three daughters, Mrs. Vanita Perry, Louisa, Ky., Miss Oleta Dunavin, Chicago, Ill.; one brother, H.M. Dunavin; one sister, Mrs. Ada Powell of Monette; seven grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m., at Childress Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Roy Anderson and Rev. Hillman Byram officiating. Burial will be in Macey Cemetery
