Mrs. Ruth Moore Allison, 62, of New Manchester, wife of Kenneth Allison, died this morning at Weirton General Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in New Manchester Nov. 19, 1907, a daughter of the late Jay and Anna Hutton Moore. She was a member of the Pughtown Christian Church. She also is survived by three sons, Thayer Allison, at home, Kenneth J. Allison of New Manchester and Norman E. Allison of New Cumberland RD 1; a sister, Mrs. Gail (Norma) McHaffie of New Manchester, and eight grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Turley Funeral Home in New Cumberland by the Rev. Robert Rowe of the church. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.
