Rosemary was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held various callings, including working in the Scouting program and the Young Women's organization. She enjoyed working with the youth.
She was employed for many years at the Youth Services Center in St. Anthony and the Fremont County school system. After moving back to Bear Lake in 1984, she was employed by the Bear Lake County Sheriff's Department as a dispatcher and also as juvenile diversion officer. At the time of her death she was the district court clerk. She also enjoyed camping at Bear Lake and traveling with her husband.
Rosemary is survived by her husband, G. Allen Lloyd of Montpelier; her two children, Leslie (Tony) Lloyd of Dingle, Idaho, Jarrod Lloyd of Boise, Idaho; eight grandchildren, Aaron (Afton) Leonhardt, Amanda, Ashley, Jessica and Janessa Leonhardt, Brian Lloyd, Braydon and Garrett Lloyd; a sister, Judy Ann Mills; and a brother, George Ted (Sandra) Knutti; and many loved cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Vera Knutti, and one niece, Shannon.
