Mrs. Brady, pioneer resident of Young County came to Graham with her parents at the age of 12 years from Missouri. The family located at Gooseneck community and lived there until she moved to Graham in 1938. Mrs. Brady was a long-time member of Oak Street Baptist Church.
Survived by four sons - Coy Gathings, O.L. Elephant; Jim Gathings, John L. Brady; one daughter - Mrs. Grace Cockburn; 31 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
