Fred A. M. Arnold
CALDWELL - Services for Fred A. M. Arnold, 79, of Homedale, Route 1, who died early Friday morning in a Caldwell hospital after an extended illness, will be conducted at the Homedale Friends Church at 10 a.m. Monday. Re . Irvin Alger of Homedale will officiate. Interment will be at Homedale-Marsing under direction of Flahiff Chapel.
Mr. Arnold was born Oct. 3, 1883, in Olney, Ill., where he was reared and educated. He was married July 1, 1927, in Boise to Norene Trostle and they lived in Boise for a year, before locating on a farm in the Central Cove community. They had farmed at Homedale since 1930.
He was a Seventh-Degree member of the Grange and a member of State Line Grange and the Canyon County Pomona Grange.
Surviving in addition to Mrs. Arnold is a brother, George Arnold of Oakwood, Ill. His only child, Frederic Arnold, died here Feb . 12.
