Services for Betty Sue Etier, age 72 of Hebert will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 28, 2008 from the Welcome Home Baptist Church in Hebert with Rev. Bill Gueringer officiating. Interment will follow in the Etier Cemetery in Hebert.
Ms. Etier was born in Hebert on October 16, 1935 to the union of Will and Emma Roberts Etier and died Monday, May 26, 2008 at the Haven Nursing Home in Columbia.
Survivors include her brothers and sisters-in-law: Carey and Joy Etier of Columbia, James O. and June Etier of Mangham and Frank P. and Dot Etier of Lafayette, her sister and brother-in-law: Annie and Billy Eaves of DeQuincy and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 at the Welcome Home Baptist Church, Hwy 561, Hebert.
