Preceded in death by parents, Arnold and Sine (Silverness) Folden; brothers, Norman, Arne, and Bernard; sisters, Marie Swanson, Elizabeth Erickson, and Edna Hendrickson.
Survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Ivie; children, Richard (Karen) of Maplewood, MN, Carol (Charles) Johnson of Glendale, AZ, and Rev. Daniel (Joyce) of Kent, WA; 8 grandchildren, Gretchen Becker, Brenda Murphy, Thomas Folden, Christine Johnson, Titus Folden, Stephen Folden, Johanna Folden, and Katie Folden; 5 great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Amy, and Heidi Becker, and Elliott and Kaitlyn Murphy.
Al was in the ministry for 40 years mainly serving Evangelical Covenant churches in ND, MN, WI, AZ, CA, and AK.
