I have been doing genealogy since December, 1980 when my oldest daughter was just 4 months old. It was my paternal grandmother, Goldie Evelyn (Robbins) Plotner, who got me interested. I am glad I started when I did because grandma has since passed away and I cannot imagine having to start collecting information now. I am a mother of five children, three girls from my first marriage, and two step-sons that I adore when I married their father. I also have two beautiful granddaughters, Savannah Marie Cory, who just turned 4 in July of this year and Makayla Lynn Haldaman, who just turned two in June of this year. My oldest daughter Karen (Savannah's mother) is expecting my first grandson on January 19, 2009 and we are very excited. I never knew being a grandmother was going to be such a joy! I am hoping all the work I have invested in genealogy my family will appreciate one day.
Please do not use any photos that I have taken and upload them on another web site. Please e-mail me with any corrections/additions that you feel is necessary. I will not make any corrections/additions without proof. Also, if you are requesting a memorial transfer that I have done, you may e-mail me at LMMohan40@yahoo.com or leave a public message or you can use the "Suggest A Correction" at the top right corner of the memorial(s). Most of the time I do not have a problem transferring memorials. The only time I would have a problem transferring a memorial is if the person is related to me.
JUNE, 2012: I have been getting a lot of transfer requests and I will answer each of them as quickly as possible. I do not have a problem making transfers for people that are not related to me. If you feel I have not answered your transfer request, please email me again. Rude comments will not be answered. Please always include your Find A Grave I.D. with any request you make.
A few of the surnames I am working on: Plotner, Stringer, Gentry, Johnson, Mohan, Moran, Newlin, Glentzer, Fields, Kribble, Cottrell, Younkin, Cory, Haldaman, Higgins, Pickens, Clark, Robbins, Duty, Miller, Day, Mendoza, Parrott, Self, Claywell, and others. | |

 | John Lawrence Rumold (47347343) The funeral and burial site for John Rumold (47347343)was as stated in the Obit in the Times Picayune 9/26/1991. I also know this to be true as I attended the funeral and burial. It states:

Along with updating the cemetery location to Metairie, Louisiana on the Find A Grave memorial, I appreciate your consideration to transfer the management of the memorial to me. Thank you. Connie Schwindt Rumold (47931842)

 | RE: Mitchell Boyd Gravestone Hi Lisa - Yes, Mitchell is buried in the Catholic Cemetery. However, I don't think the cemetery is called St. Brendan's - seems like it's just called The Catholic Cemetery. I'll check on that when I'm out that way. Judy (BTW - have I sent this message already?? HA!!!! Bad memory!Added by Judy on Nov 13, 2011 12:58 PM | | | | [View all messages...] |
