30 Oct 2014 - Life is going pretty well and with the new edit feature, I've been keeping up pretty well. Thanks for your patience the last two or so years.
Wife, Mother of 3 Sons. Grandmother to 8. Live in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California. Glad to help out with photos or genealogy if I have time available. I have most if not all the photos in a higher quality. IF YOU WANT A HIGHER QUALITY PHOTO, LET ME KNOW AND I'LL ARRANGE FOR YOU TO GET ONE.
If you want me to add information on someone I posted, let me know. I create memorials from photos taken in local cemeteries (or where I travel) and from obituaries (some even across the country). If I have made a mistake or something needs correcting please let me know. I try to add every thing in the correct way, but I'm sure sometimes I make a mistake. If you E-Mail me make sure you put FindAGrave in the subject line or it might get deleted. Hopefully one day a family member will see a loved one I entered listed here on Find A Grave. E-mail me and let me know if you do. I've been thrilled when I find a memorial for a relative and so happy when someone thanks me for creating a memorial.
To avoid duplications, send me info to add or if you are a direct descendant or other close relative, ask me to transfer management to you. Gerry
RE: Re: Georgia Howard Raymond Hi Gerry.. I was not able to get any information from the cemetery. When Georgia was about 1 yr. her mother married Mr. Vanderwhite, so I believe she used that name until she married. Georgia's father either died about 1889 or was divorced from her mother rather quickly after marriage. I'll keep trying ! thanks. Mary
RE: Re: Georgia Howard Raymond Hi Gerry. Couldn't reach the cemetery on the phone but I will email today. I do believe Howard is the correct maiden name, but do not know Georgia's father's first name. When I have an answer I'll drop a note. thanks for your help. Mary
Just a note to thank you for creating a memorial for my aunt, Ann Armeson. I've sent you a few edits to add to her memorial. She was a wonderful woman! The photos are appreciated as well. I'm on the east coast & it would be difficult to get out there to see her. I would not even know where to begin to look if not for your memorial.
Your excellent work on this site is very much appreciated!!!
uncle Jesse/Forest Park/photo Hello. Cemetery is very large, covers several hundred acres. Must have location by section and lot number. As family, "FAMILY" service will provide info. Cemetery number is 713-928-5141.
RE: Photo Thanks I would be Charles Gregory's Great-Granddaughter. The family really never knew him, he deserted them when his children were very young. I'm not sure what the process is for claiming remains, but I will be contacting the cemetery. Thank you again.
William H Spurr, 65243494 Hi, Geraldine. I have found the will of Sarah Elizabeth Higgins, and in it she directs her daughters to purchase a plain stone for herself and also for her grandson, Willie. So now we know that William H Spurr is the grandson of Sarah E Spurr, not her son, but I still have not found the names of his parents. Her son, Robert Logan Spurr was only about twelve years old when Willie was born. I will continue to work on this mystery. Regards, Diane
