Bio
Most of these memorials are based on personal research from my families history (birth, death, marriage, military, wills & etc.) and including unrelated families. Other information was taken from grave markers or obituaries that I've discovered over many years. Cannot guarantee the accuracy of all these memorials, but believe most of them to be correct. Will be glad to make memorial transfers upon request that is if related. Would very much like to hear from you and should you have any additional information (or corrections) to share, please let me know.
All that I post on findagrave has been a labor of love and required many years of research and hard labor. Please, ask before you take my photographs (this is a FAG rule). I would like you to give me credit using my name when you copy my genealogy postings and photographs.
Ancestor ...
Your tombstone stands among the rest;
Neglected and alone.
The name and the date are chiseled out
On polished, marble stone.
It reaches out to all who cares
It is too late to mourn.
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born.
In flesh, in blood, in bone.
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own.
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so.
I wonder if you lived and loved,
I wonder if you knew
That someday, I would find this spot,
And come to visit you.
