Theodore Kemna, well-known and respected citizen of St. Elizabeth, died unexpectedly at the home of his neighbors, the Jos. H. Bax family, while there assisting them at the death of thier husband and father, Mr. Bax, who died Friday, February 2nd. Mr. Kenma was stricken with a heart attack and died immediately Sunday at 11;30 a.m.. He was 56 years and 7 months and 20 days old at the
time of his death. Mr. Kemna was born September 24th, 1883 and lived his entire life in the St. Elizabeth community. On April 8, 1914, he was united in marriage to Miss Minnie Rehagen at the St. Lawrence Church. To this union was born 7 children---Lawrence of St. Elizabeth, Eleanor of St. Louis, Steve, Lorraine, Irene, Marie and Shirley Ann of the home, who with thier mother are left to mourn the untimely death. Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church, St. Elizabeth, of which Mr. Kemna had been a lifelong member by Rev. Fr. H. J.Mayer, Adams A.
