Smith, both her uncles were Potters at this time, all living in Ward 14, Philadelphia. Since this was not her permanent home she was also counted in the census with her parents in Ward 13, Philadelphia, which is the normal way the census is done.

Rachel states in the 1900 census she is the mother of two children and gave birth to three.
William states he was married for the first time at age 34, that means he married in 1869, his first born son William was born in Sept, 1867, so he must be mistaken and married in late 1866 or early January 1867.His daughter Emily was born Oct 1871, daughter Mary Martha, b.1875.
