I have been interested in genealogy since the 1970's, but was never able to get super involved due to my family obligations and my career. Now that I am retired, I have been more involved in researching my family and enjoy the opportunity to created biographies on family members (or friends) with Find A Grave. I have learned much from others' work and have met many great individuals doing this.
I have also found graves that were not on Find a Grave and have had help to get them included for family members to find. It takes a great deal of research, but when I have the time to dedicate to a project, I enjoy working to make a biography that will be helpful to family members who are searching for their relatives.
