Mrs Ethel Hoover
Mrs Ethel Hoover, 38 years old, resident of Spring Grove, died early Thursday at her home. She was born Sept 24, 1806, in Richmond. Survivors are, her husband, James Hoover, five daughters, Mrs Ruth Wilson, Pauline, Shirley, Betty and Millie Lou Hoover, one son Robert Hoover; her mother, Mrs Cora Wiley of Connersville; a sister, Mrs. Delores Davidson, this city; a brother, Fred Manis, Richmond; and one granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o clock at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Wilson, 415 South Seventh Street. Rev. R. H Smith will officiate and burial will be in Chester Cemetery. Friends may call at the home of the daughter any time.
She is the daughter of Lester Mannis and Cora Gibson Manis Wylie.
Her grandparents are Henderson Gibson and Millie Matthews Gibson and Isaac Manis and Lucinda Zanes Manis Wardlow.
