Age 85, died Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at St. Joseph Hospital in Ann Arbor. She was born January 17, 1924 in Monroe County, Michigan to Alfred and Marie (Hearl) Hoyt
On April 24, 1946 she married Leonard Kwiecinski in Waltz, Michigan and he survives. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Milan. During WWII she was a "Rosie the Riveter", working on the B-24 at Willow Run.
In addition to her husband Leonard she is survived by her four sons Roger of Ypsilanti, Gary (Renee) of Willis, Jeffrey (Barbara) of Belleville, Keith of Willis, a daughter Lori of Ypsilanti and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8pm Friday at Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home, Milan where funeral services will be held 11am. Burial will follow at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery, Flat Rock, MI. www.ochalekstark.com.
