"Services for Mrs. Nola Wilder, 91, of Houston, will be conducted at 10 AM Saturday at the Condra Funeral Home in Taylor. Burial will be in the Pleasant Retreat Cemetery near Thorndale.
She died Wednesday in a Houston hospital after a long illness. A Lufkin resident for several years, she was a former member of the First Christian Church in Lufkin and a charter member of the church's Ladies of Leisure.
Survivors; six daughters, Mrs. Roger Alexander of Houston, Mrs. Lois Hazel of San Diego, Mrs. Frances Dumelle of Los Angeles, CA, Mrs. E.C. Poe, of Thorndale, Mrs. Larry Smith of Richardson, Mrs. Mattie Campbell of Lufkin; two sons, Barton Wilder of Houston and Fred Wilder of Lufkin; a brother, P.W. Watson of New Gulf; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Wilburn of Ft. Worth; 16 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews."
