PARIS - Earl Elmo Coffey, 81, retired quality assurance manager for Emerson Electric Co., died Sunday in Paducah, Ky. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, where he was a communicant, with entombment in Hillcrest Cemetery. Ridgeway Funeral Home has charge. He was a member of Paris Elks BPPE 816, Paris Rotary Club and the Knights of Columbus and was a World War II Marine Corps veteran. Mr. Coffey, the husband of Doris Marie Emmendorfer Coffey, also leaves a daughter, Kim Marie Bowen of Mooresville, N.C.; two sons, Craig Coffey of Tappahannock, Va., and Ray Coffey of Gilbertsville, Ky.; two sisters, Alema Mahiger and Lee Fuerst, both of St. Louis; a brother, Stanley Coffey of Peerville, Mo., and three grandchildren.
