Larry K. Bowen, 76, died April 17, 2014 at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital. Son of John A. Bowen and Clara M. [Whitacre] Bowen, he was born November 27, 1937, and married Judy K. Kelly on April 2, 1961 in Colfax. She preceded him in death on January 17, 2011.
Mr. Bowen was a Graduate of Colfax High School and attended Indiana Business College. He was a Bookkeepeer for Ag Max, Colfax Elevator, for 35 years, retiring in 2005. He was a member Colfax Methodist Church, and enjoyed Indy Car Racing, attending Car Shows, and Basketball.
He is survived by two sons, Timothy Bowen of Frankfort and Troy Bowen of Colfax; a sister, Becky Perkins of Frankfort; and four Grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents and a daughter-in-law, Joyce Bowen. Memorials in honor of Larry may be made to the Clinton County Cancer Fund.
