Earl Foster Weakley was born in Brazos County, Texas to Elige (Elijah) & Lucretia Ann Flanagan Weakley. He grew up on the family farm there. On the 12th of April 1909 he married Mary Emily Roberts. The marriage took place in Hockley, Harris County, Texas. They had eight children, seven who survived. Earl was a lifelong Farmer. Earl Foster Weakley passed away on May 9, 1951 after being taken from his home in Richmond, Fort Bend County, Texas, to a clinic in Wharton, Texas. He was survived by his wife and seven children, and many Grandchildren.
