James Donald Couch is the son of Walter Donald Couch and Opal Marie Smith (1929-2006).

He married September 21, 1966, in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California, to Carol Dee Ousey. Jim and Carol had a son James Donald.

Jim died in a car accident while he was in the U. S. Army.

James Donald Couch and Carol Dee Ousey are the birth parents of my daughter.
