Mrs. Adee, prominent in Sycamore club and community affairs, was the daughter of Elry and Emma Warne Hall, an early Sycamore family. She was born in Sycamore and spent her entire life here.
Educated in Sycamore schools, she married John B. Adee, well known Sycamore and DeKalb County insurance man, December 22, 1917, in Sycamore.
A member of the Sycamore Woman's Club, she was also active in civic affairs.
She leaves her widower, John; a daughter, Mrs. Arthur (Marilyn) Montgomery, Sycamore; and a son, John B. Adee, Jr., Evanston. Her parents and a sister, Olive, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Johnson-Van Natta Funeral Home, Rev. H. L. Michael officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
