Graveside services for Glenda Sue Bradt, 61, Enid, will be held Friday, September 25, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Grandview Cemetery, Tahlequah, with Pastor Rebecca Obal officiating. Services are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.
Glenda was born on August 31, 1954 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the daughter of Herman and Vivian Cook Akins, and passed away peacefully on September 22, 2015 in Enid. She was raised and educated in Enid and Stillwater and attended Northeastern Oklahoma University studying Phlebotomy and receiving her Associate’s of Applied Science. Glenda worked as a caregiver and was a member of Abundant Life in Joplin, Missouri. Survivors include daughter, Shawna Hughes of Baxter Springs, Kansas; sons, Wayne (Rhiannon) Medley of Galena, Kansas, and Murl Medley of Crestview, Florida; grandchildren, Victor Abram, Vivian Hartshorn, Sarah Medley, and Lillian Medley, Brenton Moser, Jacob Jackson Kayden and Kyler Medley; Brothers Wendel Sims of Stillwater, Earl Sims of Tahlequah; Sisters, Naomi Eubank of Enid, Leola Choate of Enid, and Roberta Babb of Holdenville, Oklahoma.
