Mrs. Jane E. Wolfe was the daughter of William (1822-1901) and Mary Locke (nee Boag) (1817-1914) and was born near Steubenville, Ohio, April 6, 1947. She moved with her parents as a child to Keokuk county and later to a farm east of Packwood. After her marriage she moved to a farm two miles east of Linby and lived there until two years before her death.
