Menasha - Shirley Jean Hackstock, age 78, passed away, Monday, June 14, 2010, at Gardenview Assisted Living, Menasha. She was born in Peshtigo, WI, on August 27, 1931, to the late Krist and Bernice (Haulotte) Schwittay. Shirley married her first husband, Ed Trader, in June of 1956, he preceded her in death in 1967; she later married Frank Hackstock in August of 1968, he preceded her in death in 1979. She worked at Gilbert Paper for 20 years, Miron Construction, and retired from Theda Clark in 1998. Shirley enjoyed the Brewers and the Packers and going to games, and was an avid bowler.
She is survived by her daughter; Stacey (Michael) Spoehr, Appleton; a sister-in-law Rose Hackstock, Menasha; special cousins Howard and Iris DeLorme, Menominee, Michigan; and Aunt and Uncle Henry and Isabelle Haulotte, Menominee, MI. Shirley was preceded in death by her stepfather Albert Tousignant. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2010, at 11 a.m., at St. Mary Catholic Church, 528 Second St., Menasha. Visitation will be at 10 a.m., until the time of service.
