James Delbert Littrell, 67, of Spokane passed away on March 19, 2004 at Sacred Heart Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at V.F.W. Post 1435. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Yellow Jacket, Colorado with Thornhill Valley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. He was born on May 24, 1936 in Yellow Jacket, Colorado, the son of William Riley and Florence Margaret (Gilliland) Littrell. He served in the Navy from 1952 to 1956 and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1435. He was retired from Spokane International Airport where he had worked for many years in grounds maintenance. He married Marva Lee Siegel on July 20, 1985 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She survives. Also, he is survived by his daughters, Kelly Pearson of Seattle, and Sharon Miller, Delinda Young, and Tina Buringa, all of Spokane; his sister, Edith Olivia Doyle of Spokane; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Clifford William Littrell; and his sister, Mary Margaret Littrell.
